We are seeking an
experienced General Manager for a modern city hotel, with a strong background
in hotel operations and proven expertise in the overall management of a
hospitality property.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the daily operation of the hotel.
- Supervision and coordination of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.).
- Cash handling oversight, revenue control and financial procedures management.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and quality standards.
- Leading, developing and evaluating hotel teams.
- Handling operational issues and guest complaints.
- Liaising with accounting, suppliers and external partners.
- Monitoring KPIs, budgets and performance targets.
- Ensuring a high-quality guest experience at all times.
