PRIMARY is a leading scheduling software company operating internationally since 2008 with offices in Athens and Milano. We design & develop Planning & Scheduling Software using state-of-the-art technology. Our clientele consists of more than 100 large-scale companies in Retail, Services, Hospitality, and Manufacturing in several countries around the world.

PRIMARY is looking for a Project Management Executive to join our operations team in Athens and contribute to the adoption of our scheduling systems by our clients.

You will…

• Provide Project Management Services
• Analyze customer needs
• Perform system configuration according to needs
• Deliver end-user training
• Setup staging environments
• Contribute to technical documentation
• Collaborate with our sales & software development departments

You must have…

• A University Degree in Informatics, Science, Engineering or Business
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language (C2 Level)
• Good command of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• An aftersales background
• Document writing skills

You may have (one or more…)

• Previous experience in a software firm
• Knowledge of the Italian language
