Marketing Coordinator (Marousi)

Job description:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Greek market
• Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through multi- channel campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships and offline activations
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns ( Google Ads , Meta, Programmatic etc. )
• Collaborate with cross - functional teams, including sales, product and creative to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives
• Establish and maintain relationships with key local partners, agencies and media outlets
• Track and report on marketing performance, ensuring data - driven, decision - making and continuous improvement
• Lead local events, memberships and sponsorships and PR initiatives to boost brand visibility
• Adapt global market strategies to fit the Greek audience, ensuring cultural relevance
• Report directly to the Country manager on all marketing activities and performance

Candidate profile:

• 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2C/B2B industries, with a strong focus on the Greek market
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing and performance marketing
• Deep understanding of local culture, consumer behaviors and media landscape
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Hands - on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and marketing automation platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a fast - paced, international environment
• University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• Great communications skills, team worker, high personal discipline and self - learning ability
• Ability to multi - task and deal with changing requirements
