Optimal on behalf of its client, a leading company of energy sector, is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its premises in Marousi (Attica).
Position Overview:
We are seeking a young highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travelarrangements. Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders,ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on action items with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Document Management: Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with preference in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 5 years' experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
