Περιγραφή

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a Courier & Logistics company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:



Customer Service Assistant (Koropi)



Job Description


• Receives routine orders for a variety of products and supplies.
• Follows appropriate procedures ensuring accurate order entry and order fulfillment. Makes follow-up calls if product needs cannot be met as expected.
• Maintains/works with data, tools or computer programs to facilitate management and monitoring of product and service information.
• Provides customer service to clients.
• Maintains positive and professional communications, both internally as well as externally to provide regular product/service information and follow-up; promote teamwork.



Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile



• IEK/TEI/AEI graduate
• Experience in a similar position will be considered as an asset
• Fluency in Greek and English. Good command of German language is desirable
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Pleasant personality with a strong team spirit
