Like Home Property Management is a growing property management company specialising in short-term rentals in Athens and Piraeus. We currently manage 41 properties and have received 1,000+ guest reviews across Airbnb and Booking.com.
We are now looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to help us expand our property portfolio.
What you will do
Your main responsibility will be to find and contact property owners and potential business partners who may be interested in professional property management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to property owners and real estate professionals
- Contacting owners advertising properties on Spitogatos, XE.gr and other platforms
- Contacting real estate agencies and other potential partners
- Presenting Like Home’s property management services
- Identifying owners who may be interested in short-term or alternative rental management
- Following up with interested prospects
- Maintaining accurate records and follow-up activities in HubSpot CRM
- Moving qualified opportunities through the sales process
This is primarily an outbound sales role. You should be comfortable initiating conversations with people who have not contacted us first.
What we are looking for
Required:
- Fluent spoken Greek Good English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking with property owners by phone
- Ability to work independently and consistently
- Comfortable with outbound calls and follow-ups
- Basic computer skills
An advantage:
- Previous experience in sales, telesales or business development
- Experience with cold calling
- Real estate, hospitality or property management experience
- Russian language skills
- Experience working with a CRM Previous real estate experience is not required
- We are more interested in communication skills, initiative and the ability to sell
Working conditions
- Remote position
- Flexible working schedule
- Calls are made during appropriate business hours in Greece
- Full-time or part-time structure can be discussed
- First month as a probation period
- Compensation €400 fixed monthly salary + performance bonuses
- Bonuses are based on qualified opportunities, sales activity and properties successfully brought under management
- With good performance, expected total monthly compensation is approximately €700–€1,000+
- There is no fixed upper limit: strong results are rewarded accordingly
