The responsibilities of the Quality Supervisor will be the following:

• Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes to ensure products meet defined quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify faults in quality specifications
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent incidents
• Lead and motivate a team of quality control inspectors to achieve departmental and organizational goals
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and inspections
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices to adapt and update quality control procedures accordingly

• Degree in the Engineering field
• Proven experience in a quality control role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and techniques
• Fluency in Greek and English language (oral and written)
• Proficient in using computer systems and relevant industrial software
