Responsibilities- Create and review electrical diagrams
- Develop and test effective automated and manual systems
- Improve production workflows
- Design and install new equipment
- Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources
- Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality
- Resolve issues and delays in production
- Provide technical support to customers
- Train staff in new and existing processes
- Collaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliers
- Upgrade systems and processes with new technology
- Report to upper management
