High-end hospitality group, Lesante Collection, is comprised of the three five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos representing a trilogy of exceptional hospitality and absolute comfort for all. Each hotel is inspired by the lands of Zakynthos in its own right and invites guests to become immersed in the lush nature, inspiring traditions and authentic lifestyle of the finest Ionian Island.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel
• Responsible for processing check-ins and check outs correctly, as well as all payment transactions
• Respond to requests or complaints, and answer the phone, with customer-oriented approach
• Collaboration with the reservation department
• Inform the guests about the facilities and services of the hotel

Best candidate’s profile

• Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• 2 years minimum experience in the Front Office department in a 5* hotel
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
• Ability to adjust to the culture and the standards of the hotel brand
• Manage and achieve financial targets
• Communication and leadership skills, teamwork, pleasant personality
• Knowledge of Fidelio /Excellent computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Professional behavior
