Responsibilities will include- Collecting and analyzing customer data
- Using CRM systems to manage customers and requests
- Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as retention managers
- Managing account managers schedule
- Creating daily reports and charts
- Participating in e-meetings with the other branches
