ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a well-established company operating in the industrial production and construction sectors with head offices in Thessaly, is seeking a Production Supervisor for its facility in Kumanovo - North Macedonia.

About the Role

The role combines operational leadership with active involvement on the production floor. Given the size of the facility, the successful candidate will need to be comfortable supporting production activities and taking initiative to improve processes and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the production facility and ensure production targets are met.
• Plan and monitor production in line with project requirements and delivery schedules.
• Organise, lead and coordinate the local team, fostering a strong focus on quality, safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a regular presence on the production floor, actively overseeing processes, equipment and team activities.
• Coordinate and communicate with construction sites to ensure their requirements are met.
• Monitor production performance, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Quality, Technical Support and Maintenance functions.
• Manage the facility’s resources, including personnel, machinery and raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Identify and implement initiatives to improve production processes and overall facility performance.
• Report regularly to Management on production results, operational requirements and improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Degree/studies in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical sector.
• Ideally at least 3 years of experience in a production supervisory or management role in an industrial environment
• Experience in precast products, construction materials, construction or heavy industry is highly appreciated.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to be actively involved on the production floor.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• Proven ability to organize a team and coordinate multiple activities effectively.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or production planning tools.
• Previous experience working with international or multicultural teams.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to work in Kumanovo throughout the work week.
