As a Front Office Supervisor, you will
- Supervise and coordinate Front Office operations during the shift
- Ensure a high level of guest service in accordance with the hotel’s standards
- Support, guide, and motivate the Front Office team
- Handle check-in / check-out procedures and resolve guest issues or requests
- Cooperate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Train and support new team members
Entry Requirements
- Experience in a 5 stars hotel environment
- Excellent command of the English language
- Leadership and strong teamwork skills
- Professionalism, responsibility, and a guest-oriented approach
- Experience with Front office software, like Opera, Fidelio & Protel
