Description
As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience from the moment they step foot into our outlet. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a natural ability to make people feel welcome and comfortable.
Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Assist in managing the flow of customers, ensuring maximum seating capacity and minimizing wait times
- Provide information to guests regarding daily specials, promotions, and events
- Monitor the dining area to ensure that tables are properly cleared and reset in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
