Location: Thessaloniki Greece Northwest
Working Model: On-site Fixed hours (09:00 - 17.00)
What you will do:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of a very competent team responsible for monitoring our client infrastructure (hardware, software, cash registers, printers etc.) that is utilized for the smooth operation of the company. You will be responsible for quickly detecting and resolving issues. You will provide support to external users, by executing operational tasks, producing reports and troubleshooting.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Carrying out repairs and scheduled maintenance on cash registers machines, printers, and related equipment
- Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting technical challenges
- Installing new devices and solutions (hardware & software)
- Providing technical support and user training
- Monitoring the latest technological developments in the field
- Managing spare parts and equipment inventory
