White Pearl Hospitality is looking for an experienced Hotel Duty Manager with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in hotel management, who will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the hotels and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Manage and train the hotel staff to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure smooth running of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures and responding to guest inquiries
- Greeting guests, enhancing guests' relations, and promoting the company's services and facilities
- Receiving guests' feedback while on-premises to ensure their satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and goal achivements Inspecting hotel rooms, facilities and personnel to confirm the high quality of provided services
- Create and implement policies and supervise procedures for all departments according company's SOPs and goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in boutique hotel management or a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing exceptional service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of industry best practices and relevant regulations
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Availability to work flexible hours
