• Organize and supervise the construction of equipment
• Oversee installation work, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
• Implement and enforce safety rules and production specifications
• Supervise and coordinate the team of workers by making sure they reach their goals
• Communicate with the Manager to report problems and propose changes related to production
• Provide updates on any changes that may occur during production and propose response strategies
• Liaise with the supply chain to ensure proper execution of orders and adherence to schedules and specifications
• Perform office tasks related to recording and analyzing production data and managing communications with employees and customers

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in similar position within the industrial area will be a strong advantage
• Previous experience in managing a team will be an asset
• Thorough knowledge of safety rules and production specifications
• Proficiency in English and Greek language
• Familiarity with Autocad or any other designing system
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to operate autonomously and make decisions under pressure
