EVYP Crop Biostimulation Technologies, a fast-growing Greek manufacturer of biostimulants and crop nutrition products, is looking for a proactive, driven and creative Product Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki.
As we continue expanding internationally, we are looking for someone who can connect our products, science and commercial activities with strong marketing and communication.
The role combines product marketing, content, brand development and international events. It is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding products and markets, working closely with commercial and technical teams, and turning technical information, field results and company activity into clear and engaging communication.
We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership, bring ideas and help shape the role as the company grows.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s product marketing and communication strategy, strengthening positioning, visibility and brand awareness
- Translate product features, technical information, field trials and market insights into clear and effective marketing communication
- Create, edit and publish engaging content across the company’s communication channels
- Lead the creation and development of catalogs, brochures, presentations and product marketing materials
- Coordinate participation in international exhibitions, conferences and industry events, from preparation and booth concepts to on-site representation
- Work closely with Exports, Sales, Regulatory and R&D to ensure accurate, relevant and up-to-date product communication
- Coordinate external design and content partners and ensure consistent brand execution
- Promote product trials, certifications, partnerships, memberships and company milestones through storytelling and visual content
- Monitor marketing performance, industry developments and trends in agritech and bio-inputs, and proactively suggest new ideas and initiatives
🔹 Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a B2B, technical, science-driven or export-oriented environment
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage, particularly French
- Strong writing and content-development skills, with the ability to communicate both commercial and technical information effectively
- Strong digital skills and confidence using tools for content creation, website updates, social media and digital communication
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects and priorities independently
- Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working across different functions
- Willingness to travel occasionally for exhibitions, customer visits or field activities
- Experience or genuine interest in agriculture, agronomy, fertilizers, biostimulants or agri-inputs is a strong advantage
