Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the guest dining experience
- Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality
- Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and confidently make recommendations
- Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and service team
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings
- Prepare and maintain restaurant mise en place according to company standards
- Anticipate guests' needs and resolve requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all service areas
- Follow luxury service standards and company procedures
