ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading retail organization, is looking for a highly motivated professional for the position of IT Support & Operations Manager.

IT Support & Operations Manager (6083/ITSOM/ESS/GR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the continuous, secure, and efficient operation and availability of all IT systems across the company.
• Provide 1st level technical support to retail stores and corporate users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Implement and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across all departments and branches, including servers, workstations, networks, and telecommunications.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT equipment, software, and network connectivity, including support for new store openings and store refurbishments.
• Monitor system performance, identify hardware and software issues, and coordinate troubleshooting and resolution activities.
• Manage internet services, networking, local network security, and support databases and systems related to the company’s website.
• Maintain up-to-date software assets, licenses, documentation, and IT records.
• Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate and manage external vendors, service providers, and consultants, ensuring effective service delivery and timely issue resolution.
• Support and maintain Business Applications, including ERP, CRM, HRM, and reporting systems.
• Advise Management on IT improvements, upgrades, and technology solutions that support business needs and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and standards, and support users through documentation and guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar IT Operations or IT Management role, ideally within a Retail environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise systems.
• Experience in data synchronization across heterogeneous applications.
• Hands-on experience with databases, data analytics and warehousing systems, and reporting or business intelligence tools.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and information systems installations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
