Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the guest dining experience
Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality
Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and confidently make recommendations
Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and service team
Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings
Prepare and maintain restaurant mise en place according to company standards
Anticipate guests' needs and resolve requests promptly and professionally
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all service areas
Follow luxury service standards and company procedures
Work collaboratively with all departments to create memorable guest experiences
Requirements
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Strong team spirit and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English
Professional appearance and attention to detail
Knowledge of POS systems will be considered an advantage
