We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a memorable experience at our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Monitor and control inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail techniques, and bar equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
