The
Maintenance Manager will have the following duties:
- Ensure adherence to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, ensuring both quality and quantity standards
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the application study and suggest improvements as necessary
- Provide full-time supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations
- Collaborate with selected construction companies to develop and finalize the Construction Time Plan
- Monitor the construction project plan closely, prevent potential delays, and collaborate with construction companies on corrective measures
- Maintain comprehensive project reports encompassing construction progress and material usage
- Participate in equipment procurement by providing support, overseeing orders, and managing receipt processes
- Oversee the coordination of equipment maintenance and calibration schedules alongside the Head of Production and Head of Quality Control
- Take appropriate measures in the event of equipment and system malfunctions, including liaising with manufacturers and vendors as needed
