We are looking for a talented
Reception Agent to join the Front Office team of Kalesma
Mykonos the Luxurious Hideaway of Mykonos for the 2023 season.
Responsibilities:- Perform all Front Office / Concierge operational duties
- Provide a smiley, friendly and personalized welcome, including high-quality service via phone
- Meet, greet, and escort to their rooms all levels of guests, offering personal recognition and effortless VIP service
- Interface with Hotel Management, Front Office team, and Reservation team to ensure that regular ongoing communication is occurring in all hotel departments informing of guest needs, providing guidance and feedback
- Attend promptly to customer inquiries, assist them with all needs, provide solutions to all issues or concerns, respond to and handle with ease all guest problems and complaints
- Support implementation of new service best practices and procedures, according to hotel guidelines
- Follow proper procedures for cash, credit card, and room charge transactions and obtain proper identification and necessary departmental information
- Report any discrepancies and/or problems on the same day in a timely manner
