Client Service Specialist (ref.code: 722/68705)

Job Description

·         Deals with customers’ inquiries via chats, emails and phones

·         Assists the clients with queries and questions

·         Daily order taking from customers

·         Resolves product & service related issues promptly and professionally

·         Promotes available products to clients

·         Interacts with other departments (Warehouse/Logistics, Sales, Finance etc.), as necessary to meet client’s needs

Candidate Profile

·       At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role

·       Experience in a customer focused role in the auto motive industry (car trading, manufacturing & sales of spare parts, tyres etc) would be an advantage

·       TEI/AEI graduate, Business related studies will be a strong advantage

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Strong organizational and analytical skills.

·       Customer centric approach

·       Fluency in English

·       Excellent Computer Literacy / MS Office ( especially Excel)

·       Knowledge of ERP systems would be an asset
