Sales Support Generalist

Responsibilities

• Performs all order taking, orders processing and invoicining
• Provides customer assistance and responds to general and complex inquiries
• Handles customer’s complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives; follows up to ensure resolution
• Manages customers’ accounts, follows up with customers for administrative purposes, and provides troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other issues.
• Handles defective products; issues debit notes to headquarters or / and transport agencies
• Performs data entry tasks for sales figures, products and customers’ data and other relevant information and maintains an organized and accessible filing system.
• Assists the sales team
• Handles administrative duties for the company

Academic Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing or associates degree in relevant field is a plus

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of German both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
• Personable and attentive
• Self-motivated and able to work individually but also as a team member
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, organizational and time management skills
• Sound problem-solving skills to find the root cause of customer issues
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer

Work Experience

• 1-2 years of previous work experience in customer service & support
