The role reports directly to the CEΟ of the company.
Job Description
Operations Manager will be in charge of supervising, coordinating, developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, with the aim of achieving the long-term goals of the company. He/She will be supporting the Managing Director by communicating with clients and partners of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
The eligible candidate will:
- Monitor and implement operational policies and procedures in alignment with CEO’s decisions
- Ensure and control compliance with the company’s quality assurance policy
- Set objectives and implement action plans for achieving the long-term targets of the company
- Analyze the company's operating indicators and plan actions to optimize them
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships among company’s Partners, providing them with support and effective guidance
- Interact with clients in a congenial and professional manner, identify their needs, address their requests and manage their complaints, while actively participating in the day-to-day operations of the company
- Support the Marketing Department in the design, implementation and management of the strategy, including relationship building with the company's customers and partners
