Περιγραφή

We are seeking an experienced individual to assist with the smooth operation of our studio in Athens. As an ideal candidate, your primary goal will be to provide high-quality customer service and support our design teams. Your organizational and communication skills will be key in delivering excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations & Task Management:

  • Ensure that client demands and expectations are met.
  • Assign tasks to team members to ensure workflow efficiency.

Collaboration with Departments:

  • Work closely with the accounting and human resources departments to assist in hiring and training new employees.

Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Manage and coordinate calls, meetings, and calendars with designers, teams, and clients.

Technical Support & Maintenance:

  • Install and maintain technical equipment within the studio.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any technical issues with studio equipment.

Team Support:

  • Assist with training and onboarding new team members.

Studio Organization:

  • Ensure that the studio area is kept clean, organized, and ready for use at all times

Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Studio Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of studio equipment and devices.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Technical Skills:

  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools & Zoom.
  • Knowledge of Mac technology.

Communication Skills:

  •  Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other departments.

Other Qualities:

  • Strong attention to detail for accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A hardworking, reliable individual with strong work ethics.
