As a Receptionist,
you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm and
welcoming experience. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our guests'
stays are seamless and memorable, reflecting the high standards of Angsana
Corfu Resort & Spa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring their arrival
experience is smooth and enjoyable
- Manage guest reservations and inquiries, both in
person and via phone or email
- Provide information and assistance to guests about
resort services, activities, and local attractions
- Handle check-out procedures efficiently, including
billing and payment processing
- Maintain accurate guest records, ensuring
confidentiality and compliance with resort policies
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to
ensure guest requests are met promptly
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues,
escalating when necessary, to maintain high guest satisfaction
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and
well-maintained at all times

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer
service role is a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages
(such as Greek, German, or French) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly,
welcoming demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to
multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing the
highest level of service.
- Professional appearance and attitude in line with
5-star standards.
