ICAP Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a startup company operating in the field of beauty services, for a professional to cover the position of ACCOUNT MANAGER – B2B SALES.
The candidate will be involved in challenging communication projects in the online beauty industry. The position is within the Sales department and plays a critical role in providing an interface between B2B customers and the company aiming at salon partnerships.
ACCOUNT MANAGER – B2B SALES (Ref.4432/AC/RS/GR)
Main Responsibilities:
Promoting and selling company’s services and offers to existing or prospective customers through calls, emails and social media and D2D approach
Walk in meetings with salon owners
Being responsible for the sales contracts procedure and for the creation of sales leads and follow up
Keeping up to date with competition’s products & services and analyzing the territory/market’s potential
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Expediting the resolution of customer problems, complaints and needs to maximize satisfaction and to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Supplying management with reports on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
