💻 Software Support Engineer📍Location: Athens, Greece 

⏰ Type: Full-time

The successful candidate will join the software & consulting department to support software applications within co-founded and / or research projects, as well as projects in the field of Public and Private Sector.

🧩 Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain software applications delivered to clients. 
  • Identify, isolate, replicate, and fix software defects and verify bug fixes. 
  • Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of deliverables. 
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to resolve issues. 
  • Understand and translate customer operational needs into technical requirements. 
  • Work in shifts and be available on standby during weekends or evenings for customer support requests. 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

👤 Candidate’s profile: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in software support or similar roles. 
  • Familiarity with Agile development, Scrum methodology, and tools like Jira. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 
  • Reliability and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience with bug tracking systems and issue resolution workflows. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Previous experience in technical support roles or customer-facing environments.
