The company's strategic goal is to develop its retail network so as to allow more and more consumers access to their favorite DUST+CREAM products. Both the brand's products and its business practices have been repeatedly awarded by recognized organizations in Greece and abroad. As part of the company's continuous development, a suitable candidate is sought to staff the procurement department to fill the position of Procurement Department Employee / Buyer at our headquarters in Thessaloniki.

Main job responsibilities:
  • Management of existing collaborations with domestic and international suppliers and making purchases
  • Market research, searching for suppliers and establishing new collaborations
  • Negotiation with suppliers
  • Creation of a purchasing and delivery plan per supplier based on budget and stock availability
  • Complete management of purchase orders
  • Coordination and inspection of timely delivery of orders
  • Monitoring supplier delivery times, evaluation, and optimization
  • Reporting and statistical analysis, monitoring supply costs, and optimization
  • Communication, cooperation, coordination of actions with other involved parties, such as customs brokers, carriers
  • Monitoring transportation up to and including receiving, recording of receiving in the ERP, and updating  the warehouse

    Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics
    • At least 3 years of experience in a procurement department with similar responsibilities
    • Use of ERP (Entersoft optional)
    • Proficiency in commercial correspondence
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
    • Excellent knowledge of English
    • Excellent communication skills and abilities in organization and negotiation
