Finance Employee (Aspropyrgos)

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is looking for a Finance Employee.
📌 Location: Aspropyrgos
📍 Working Model: On-site
🕓 Working Hours: 08:00-16:30 (including 30-minute lunch break)
🖋️You will be reporting to: General Manager
What you will do:
As a Finance employee, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial matters are handled, and you will cooperate with the outsourced accounting office.
More specifically:
- Record all daily transactions.
- Reconciliation of the actions of the warehouse.
- Maintenance of the company's asset list, depreciation plans, and registration of related actions.
- Ensures that economic events are recorded correctly and at the right time.
- Detailed control of the company's income and expenses.
- Preparation of analysis and reports during tax and customs controls.
- Guaranteeing the compatibility of the Company's activity with tax and customs legislation in force.
- Facilitate the submission of monthly statements and financial statements to the respective institutions within the specified deadlines in cooperation with the outsourced accounting office.
- Coordination and control of all activities with third parties closely related to the financial affairs of the company.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or other relevant field of study.
- 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Advanced use of MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English.
- Soft One Knowledge will be considered an asset.
