lmw is seeking an experienced professional for a dynamic financial company to fulfill the position of Personal Assistant to the Shareholder.
Responsibilities
· Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, monitoring progress,making adjustments to plans
· Compose documents, briefing papers, reports, presentations and proposals
· Create reporting for the management team
· Maintain detailed scheduling and calendar management, organize meetings
· Devise and maintain database office systems, including data management and filing
· Arrange and coordinate corporate travel and meetings
· Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests
· Liaise with investors, vendors, clients, suppliers and other staff
