Green olive films is looking for a reliable, self-motivated and trustworthy office administrator to work closely with the company management. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office procedures and contribute to the growth of the company
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.)
- Provide back office support in various projects
- Prepare, Maintain, Review and update procedures manuals, policies and other business documents
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements as assigned
- Perform various general office duties and administrative duties as required
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange meetings and appointments
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
