Social Media Handling & Web Site Support

Mindset:

We are looking for someone who will:

• Design, build and maintain the social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X.)
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and work alongside the Digital agency to maximize performance
• Update website content and help with the categories set-up
• Monitor online performance related to marketing activities
• Create or adapt visuals for various uses (online - instore)
• Analyze community feedback and social media metrics to identify trends, provide insights and make recommendations for community growth and engagement
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content
• Communicate with the French team to prioritize key elements on the front page of the website

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Solid knowledge of web and social media analytics platforms (eg. Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Twitter/X Analytics etc.) and various reporting tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Creator studio etc.)
• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media
• Professional Knowledge of French language
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Canvas or other design tools
• Social media pages and channels' managing skills
• Writing and creating social media posts and stories
• Experience in graphics creation
