As a Beauty Sales Promoter your responsibilities will include:

• Identify consumer needs
• Inform the consumers on the brand and the products
• Conduct make-up applications while in-store with clients to inspire and help generate client interest and stimulate cast excitement
• Provide feedback from the field via reporting pages
• Maintain and manage all training equipment and kits so that they are in pristine condition and represent the brand in the best way possible
• Maintain optimal stock levels in store and consistently communicate concerns to operations teams including photos and feedback for each visit
• Keep all visual merchandising up to date and gondolas maintained reporting any needs with urgency
• Study and review training materials and education content, as well as staying up to date on competitors and beauty trends

The ideal candidate for the position of Beauty Sales Promoter will be expected to possess the following:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Professional Diploma as a Make-Up Artist
• Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English
• Advanced user of MS Office applications 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a market-oriented approach
