This role is designed for a highly capable professional who thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrates impeccable judgment, and delivers excellence across infrastructure, security, cloud technologies, and end‑user support.

• Technical support: Responding to user issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing assistance with computer systems, software, and networks.
• System maintenance: Installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software, and performing routine maintenance to ensure systems run efficiently.
• Network administration: Managing and maintaining local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), wireless networks, and network security measures like firewalls.
• Security and data management: Implementing and maintaining security measures, performing data backups, and ensuring the privacy and security of company data.
• Hardware and software management: Repairing or replacing hardware, testing new technology, and managing user accounts.
• Strategic planning: Assisting with the implementation of new software and features, and advising management on technology needs and upgrades.
