We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Secretary and personal assistant to contribute to the smooth functioning of the business's everyday life. You will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the projects
- Answer questions about the projects
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Visit the bank to open bank account
- Communication with customers expecially when they apply that they will come to Greece
- Search offers for ordering products.
- Communication in english with the mother company.
- Keep records of calls and note useful information
