MAIN TASKS/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To perform quality check of the transcripts generated by a speech-to-text software and increase the text accuracy.
- Make comments on participants’ behavior, attitude and soft skills based on company’s manuals
- Assist in the discourse analysis

- Holder of a University degree in Linguistics, Psychology, Business Administration, Literature
- Native in English
- Experience in Business environment
- Attention to detail
- Team player with entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to take ownership of the project
- Career aspirations that include growing within an innovative start-up culture
- Ability to improve quality of service continuously
- Computer literacy &  skilful in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
