Responsibilities       

• Responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen.
• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a professional and collaborative working environment.
• Taking care of the organization of the kitchen (cooking utensils, etc.)
• Supervising all staff actions during work.
• Maintain strong coordination with F&B and Guest Experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Culinary education or relevant certification.
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant.
• Solid leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a diverse kitchen team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
