- Responsible for
the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Lead, train, and motivate
the kitchen team, fostering a professional and collaborative working
environment.
- Taking care of the organization
of the kitchen (cooking utensils, etc.)
- Supervising all staff actions
during work.
- Maintain strong coordination
with F&B and Guest Experience teams to ensure seamless service
delivery.
