• Cover all aspects of commercial cargo operations.
• Pro-active communication with traders, operators, risk, finance, demurrage as well as legal/compliance desks.
• Manage cargo operations onshore .
• Manage cargo operations as a vessel charterer .
• Quantity and Quality control is a key requirement and the operator to have the ability to appoint inspectors, direct and monitor inspection of cargos.
• Ability to plan and execute operations in coordination with the above-mentioned desks such that logistics, pricing & financial aspects related to the cargo are covered.
• Cargo invoicing and cost allocations
• Verify commercial invoices on documents as well as presentations to the bank under LC

• A BSc degree ( merchant /economics/ shipping / business / logistics ).
• Excellent English, both verbal and written.
• Advanced skills using MS Office.
• Be available for traveling.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Good problem-solving skills as an individual and with the team.
• Multitasking and organizational skills .
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
