Accountant (Associate) (Ref: TH/ACC023)
Job Information
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Department: Finance
Contract: Full Time / Permanent
Your main responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit invoice accounting entries
- Archive all invoices in hard copies and keep electronic copies of data in dropbox library.
- Proceed to vendors' ledgers reconciliations
- Perform various period-end financial close activities within specific deadlines
- Deliver ad-hoc requests (i.e preparation of the supporting documentation for the external auditors)
Your main qualifications/skills:
- University degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience as an accountant/junior accountant of 1-2 years
- Very good knowledge of Entersoft or other ERP systems would be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluency in English, basic knowledge of Spanish would be a plus
