Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its client, a Greek multinational FMCG firm with leading brands in the Greek market, is seeking for a:

Group Brand Manager

The role will directly report to the Head of Marketing

Job Description:

• Leads the delegated brands' long-term strategic planning process focused on crucial customer insights.
• Creates and tracks the annual marketing and communication plan and strategy.
• Keeps track of industry and customer traits in order to ensure the maximization of brands’ market share in Greece.
• Constantly reviews and controls the brands’ budget spending, market shares and net sales in order to ensure Marketing and Finance alignment.
• Close cooperation with media agents and internally with shoppers and sales department.
• Manages, trains and develops all his team members.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or any other equivalent.
• Master’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or any other equivalent.
• At least 7 to 9 years of marketing experience ideally in a similar position.
• Outstanding mastery of the English language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strategic thinking and strong results orientation are required.
