professional for the position of Franchise Network Development Specialist,
based in Athens.
Franchise Network Development Specialist (6029/FNDS/ESS/GR)
Role Overview:
We are seeking Franchise Network Development Specialist to support the expansion and optimization of
our client’s franchise network in Attica. In this dynamic role, you will assist
in identifying and evaluating new franchise partners and locations in alignment
with company’s vision, manage legal and leasing procedures, and coordinate the
end-to-end process of store openings and renovation activities. In addition,
you will manage the internal systems and procedures related to franchisee
operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct
market mapping and analyze target areas to support strategic store network
expansion
- Identify,
evaluate and communicate with prospective franchise partners, ensuring
alignment with brand standards
- Deliver
tailored franchise proposals and support negotiations throughout the agreement
process
- Collaborate
with real estate agencies to secure suitable store locations
- Oversee
legal, technical, and lease-related procedures
- Negotiate
lease terms and manage agreements with property owners
- Coordinate
all pre-opening activities and facilitate onboarding and training for new
franchisees to ensure timely store launches and operational consistency
- Monitor
competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
