About the Role
The Finance Director will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for shaping and implementing the company’s financial strategy, safeguarding financial integrity and supporting long-term growth. Beyond financial acumen, the role requires a leader with a strong orientation toward innovation and the integration of new technologies, able to introduce modern practices and digital tools that elevate efficiency, transparency and business insight across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the company’s overall financial strategy in line with business goals
- Lead the design and monitoring of the budgeting and forecasting framework
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, providing strategic insights to senior management and the Board
- Safeguard compliance with all tax, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Manage financial resources, capital structure and external stakeholder relationships
- Champion innovation and drive the adoption of modern ERP systems, digital finance tools and advanced analytics
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering high performance and a culture open to change and technological evolution
