The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the hands-on coordination and execution of transportation, storage, and distribution activities. The role supports the full product lifecycle, from procurement of components and finished medical devices to delivery to customers, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company and industry standards.
The position is operational in nature and actively contributes to the daily management of inventory, orders, and shipments, supporting the smooth operation of the supply chain and the timely availability of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on management of logistics activities related to all company products and solutions
- Daily inventory management, warehousing, and stock control, ensuring accuracy and product availability
- Monthly execution and supervision of physical inventory stock-taking
- Review, preparation, and processing of sales and purchase orders
- Communication with suppliers and manufacturing partners when required
- Coordination of domestic and international shipments via courier services, including shipment tracking and delivery confirmation
- Monitoring logistics costs, delivery schedules, and resolving shipment-related issues
- Handling inventory discrepancies, order issues, and related inquiries
- Responsible for communication with EOPYY, coordinating product approvals and ensuring the required documentation is submitted and approved
- Ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and product traceability according to company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, primarily using Excel and internal systems
