Role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Villa Chef who embodies Aman’s commitment to exceptional culinary craftsmanship to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Executive Chef and the Head Villa Chef, the Villa Chef plays a key role in preparing refined dishes for our private villas, ensuring that each culinary experience reflects Aman’s highest standards. This hands-on position requires creativity, precision and a passion for delivering personalised and thoughtful dining experiences to Villa Owners and guests.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily food preparation and cooking for private villa operations.
- Deliver consistently high-quality dishes aligned with Aman culinary standards.
- Collaborate closely with villa hosts to create seamless, personalised dining experiences.
- Ensure all food items are prepared, presented and stored in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and readiness of villa kitchen areas.
- Assist in adapting menus to guest preferences and special dietary requirements.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure punctual service delivery.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond with thoughtful solutions.
- Demonstrate adaptability when handling last-minute requests or changes.
- Continue developing skills and techniques to enhance personal and operational performance.
