Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating a variety of events, including weddings, conferences, and parties
- Liaising with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their vision is brought to life
- Managing event budgets and timelines
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events
- Coordinating with external vendors and suppliers
- Overseeing event set-up, including decoration and audio-visual arrangements
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handling post-event evaluations and feedback
