ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a Greek company providing industrial electrical and automation solutions, is seeking a Sales Engineer.

🖋️You will be reporting to: Sales Manager
What you will do:
The purpose of this role is to strengthen and enhance the commercial department by developing new business opportunities while supporting existing clients with tailored automation solutions.
More Specifically:
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers in the industrial sector by identifying their technical and business needs.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients while expanding the product portfolio.
- Provide technical support based on clients’ needs, ensuring solutions meet both operational and financial requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals and offers while managing all related documentation and processes.
- Meet sales targets in line with company policy.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering or automation engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial or electrician solutions.
- Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong technical and commercial acumen
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
