Field Marketing Project Coordinator

Job Description

•Design and manage tailor-made projects based on clients’ needs, ensuring smooth execution and achievement of KPIs

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact

•Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Payroll, Accounting, Legal and Billing) to ensure high-quality service delivery

•Monitor project performance and prepare reports (daily, weekly or monthly) according to project requirements

•Track key metrics and contribute to forecasting and performance improvement

•Support and guide project teams on a daily basis to ensure successful delivery

•Coordinate hiring processes and administrative activities in line with project needs and company policies

•Organize and manage project logistics such as visits, travel arrangements and scheduling when required

•Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Business Administration, or a related field

•Proven experience in project coordination, field marketing or a similar role

•Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects

•Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution
